A person answers the telephone between seven in the morning and eleven at night. After that the night porter is in the hall and will pick up if you're arriving late, but anything else is best left until morning, when you'll get a better answer.

We read email twice a day on weekdays and once at the weekend, so for anything urgent please telephone.

Accessibility
The route is step-free from the drive into the hall, on to the ground-floor Platane rooms and into the east wing. The lift serves the first and second floors, though not the attic. The jetty has three steps and no ramp, so tell us and somebody will meet you there.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in two of the Platane rooms and in the garden. They can't come into La Véranda at dinner or into the east wing. A water bowl stands by the front steps all summer.
Lost property
We hold lost property for three months in the office behind reception. Telephone or write with the date and a description, and somebody will go and look the same day.
Press and suppliers
Write to the same address, marked for the manager. Please ask before photographing the public rooms; photography is never allowed in the east wing.
